Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more ship free. Keep in mind that coupon codes may cause your subtotal to dip below this threshold, so in some cases the savings on shipping may be preferable to using a coupon code. Coupon codes cannot be applied after purchase. Some exclusions to the free shipping policy apply.

Bulky items - some items are so large, heavy, and/or costly to ship, they do not qualify for free shipping even if your order subtotal is over $75. Details about shipping bulky items can be found in the item's description. Please read product descriptions carefully, particularly on large items, to be sure you understand the shipping policy related to those items.

Hyperlocal Delivery

To show some love for our fellow townies, we offer delivery for customers within a 4 mile radius of our location. Please include a phone number and expect text messages from Prism Playgoods to arrange your delivery. Allow for our standard processing time of 2-5 days for delivery, though it is often sooner. Guidecraft items are not available for delivery and will ship directly to the customer; shipping charges will apply.

$5 for orders under $25.

Free delivery for orders over $25.

Excludes Guidecraft brand items.
